At VESICA PISCIS FOOTWEAR, we are committed to circular fashion and your satisfaction. If your vegan shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the footwear in its original recycled cardboard box, ensuring all tags are attached and the packaging is securely sealed for transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
